The struggle is real!

Hellow World!

I know from the title itself you might be wonderin what this post is all about? Hmmm...

It's been a month since the day I got back to work, hindi man ako makapaniwala pero totoo, I survived the night shift for a month now. Kala ko talaga I won't make it pero nakakatiis pa naman kahit papano haha. I love my work and my company but I do not love my schedule now, I go to work at night and didi would be the one to take good care of our 3 babies all alone. I know it is his responsibility as a dad to do so but now all daddies would exceed expectation. I am very happy and proud at the same time na meron akong katuwang sa buhay na maaasahan ko sa pag-aalaga ke Kyla, Niela at Kael. Kung me hands on mommy, si didi naman hands on daddy coz every night while I am at work mag-isa na syang nag-aasikaso sa aming mga babies. Nothin's easy but if you love what you are doing mas maayos at mas maganda mong magagawa yung bagay na yun.

Sorry for the long intro, Ito na talaga ang kwento. We've been struggling with sleep and time management since the 1st day I went back to work. It is not easy to transition lalo pa at matagal na kong nag pag umaga sa work and the hardest part is every night me tantrums si niela that leads to 1. Pagkagising ni Kael and 2. Tandem crying nilang 2. Once I'm at work I'd video call them from time to time to know how they are doing and walang gabing naging tahimik para sa kanila well except on my rest days. Just like last night, I called them at past 2:30 am and Kael was still awake and he's crying from time to time so maya't maya syang hinehele ni didi para makatulog ulit ang kaso talaga atang pang gabi pa ang gising nya coz when I called back @ 5am gising pa din sila at naghehele pa din si didi sa kanya.

It's good that despite all the puyat we can still see the bright side of our everyday lives. As I always tell didi, walang susuko kapit lang haha.
Didi works in the morning, parang double shift pala sya 1 to take good care of our babies 2 para mag work. Whenever I get home at gising si kael at niela ako naman muna mag-babantay sa knila until the time na ddating si didi from work so double shift din pala ako. Everyday we struggle with sleep and schedule. Ang hirap makakuha ng tulog pag tirik na tirik na ang araw. I hope to learn more of that para di rin ang antok na antok sa work haha. The good part is that the whole day I am still with them we can bond all the time, yun nga lang hilong talelong ako pagpasok sa gabi haha!

Yes, we've been trying to find a yaya pero ang hirap pala maghanap. Hushhh. Kaya habang wala pa kaming yaya, tiis tiis muna. Tiis muna sa 3-5 hours sleep kasi kahit gusto mong makatulog sa umaga ang hirap hirap talaga. Once na nagising ako after a 2 hour sleep after 4 to 5 hours na ulit bago ko makakatulog. Mabuti na lang at hindi pa kami nag-aaway ni didi sa set up naming ito and I really hope not.

I believe in the saying
"It takes 2 to tango"
With each other's help I know we will conquer all the trials that every situation throws us.
P.s
Babe, I know that everyday is a challenge for us but always remember that I will always be here for you and for our kiddos. I love you palagi!

Thank you for reading this madrama post of mine. Ilabyuall!

Good thing your hubby is so supportive! Kudos to the both of you! Hirap nga kapag konti lang ng tulog and then mag-alaga pa ng mga bagets. Just keep the positivity! :) You can do it mommy and daddy! :)

You are lucky you have a supportive husband, not many would share the responsibility of taking care of the kids. Hirap talaga working with babies, especially if they are sick or not feeling well and you have office deadlines. I hope makakuha na kayo ng yaya.

You're blessed to have each other! I know it's really difficult, especially the situation that you are in, and I hope that you'll find a good helper really soon!

E works in a bpo and it has some advantages na before graveyard sya although now it is a blessing na early morning shift sya. You are lucky to have your didi to help you and take care of your kids. Hapoy Father's Day to him!

In fairness to your hubby, he's also matiyaga ah. Being yayaless is really tough. But as long as you and your husband supports each other, masu-survive nyo talaga ang lahat ng bagay :)

I work at night too but good thing my mom is taking care of my son. I hope you find a good yaya. It's really hard to work in the office when you don't have enough sleep.

It's really hard to take care of small kids and then work after especially if you don't have help at home. The struggle is truly real. But at least you are still able to look at the bright side. You're also blessed to have a husband who's equally dedicated to your family. :)

I just love the kindness your husband shows. He is very patient and hands on to your kids. I also appreciate your perseverance to work for the family and be a mom after your shift from work. You two deserve a palakpak for looking after your kids and staying positive.
